Certified translations by court-appointed translators are required for official purposes such as registration, identification, protocols, starting a company, probate proceedings, etc. Any such document is translated by an expert/interpreter/translator appointed by a court.
The translation is attached to the original or certified copy of the document. Following close collaboration with a notary, we can also obtain for you a certified copy of the document.
Certified translations of standard documents (birth certificates, extracts from the Companies Register, extracts from the criminal register, good conduct certificates, diplomas, school certificates, etc.) from Czech to Dutch/Flemish and vice versa will be done for you by Jana Sevcikova, a court-appointed translator and interpreter, while you wait; there is no need to visit our office twice. If you deliver your document by post, we will send it back to you immediately following translation.
Certified translations to/from other languages are mostly delivered on the following day (provided, of course, that the text is not too large). We never charge any extra amount for urgent work because we consider TOP QUALITY translations, interpreting and consultancy, FAST DELIVERY and FLAWLESS SERVICE to be an automatic requirement of our clients.
